Here at Zero to Sixtees we strive to meet or exceed customer expectations every time.
If we have missed the mark for any reason and you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help!
Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Expections & Requirements
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original or like for like product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
How to make a return
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return. info@zerotosixtees.com
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back correctly packaged to us using the label provided.
Additional Information:
- Your refund, replacement product, or store credit will be issued with 24hrs of recipt of the returned item.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item(s) are damage or defective in some way.
